Throughout the program, the educators (tyus) maintained clear communication, were responsive to feedback, and showed flexibility in aligning the curriculum with the needs of a live operational environment. This collaboration allowed students to contribute meaningfully to real client scenarios, including areas such as penetration testing, SaaS security monitoring, and general SOC operations.

Technically, the most difficult part of this project has now be laid out in terms that almost anyone can interpret. TCC Skill Labs understood the nature of our project and provided the patience required for us to set the stage. I am hopeful we can continue to work together on the next steps for this project.

My experience with Tyus and the Skills Lab program was great. Unfortunately, a number of students decided this engagement wasn't for them and withdrew from the internship. That said, the students who remained were fun, engaging, and productive. Any actions by the students who chose to exit early is in no way a reflection of the Skills Lab program. I'm quite pleased and loking forward to working with them again in the future.

Enjoyed working with this cohort. They completed the project, and provided a very smooth hand-off. Extremely valuable work provided. The administrator was highly skilled at assessing my needs in a discovery call and provided me a team that gave me exactly what I needed. Thank you to all the admin work that was done in the background to provide such a wonderful experience.
